Well, happy Friday Follies November 7, 2025! I hope everybody’s doing better than great and I hope you’re healthier and happier than ever.
Thank you to everyone who shared the special time we had at the Country Music Hall of Fame event on November 1st. It was so good to see those of you who came. I’m sorry I didn’t get to spend more time with each and every one, but thank you again for being there. It really meant a lot to me.
And thank you, Lauren Mascitti for the wonderful job you did singing some of my songs. I predict the brightest future for you! You are so talented, and I appreciate all the time you invested in learning the songs and meeting with us. I am so happy that I have a new friend named Lauren Mascitti!!!!!
I guess I talked too much and went 15 minutes past my 45 minute deadline, so they cut the show after 5 songs, but everything’s gonna’ be all right. I’ll try not to ad lib so much if I do this kind of thing again. They have so many amazing events at the Ford Theater, so they’ve got to stay on a tight schedule. The staff was amazing and so helpful. We appreciated the opportunity to be with all of you and we thank the Country Music Hall of Fame for having us.
But the fun didn’t stop there. Linda coordinated a luncheon/meet & greet at Cheddars. It was a wonderful afternoon, and I can’t thank you all enough for taking time out of your lives to spend with me. Some of you traveled a long way and again I wish we could have had more time together, but the moments we did have are very special to me.
Back to those of you checking in today, I have so much love for you, and I pray for your health and safety, your walk with God, the hope for your future, and your happiness. Talk to you next week.
