Welcome back to Friday Follies! You know how I’ve talked about the spirit, mind and body before and how important it is to keep all three parts healthy? Well, I have a suggestion about the development of the spirit.
I ordered the 2-cd compilation of THE NEW BIRTH by Kenneth E. Hagin, and they’re both excellent. He talks about the “born again” experience and what it means. Also, because I don’t want any of us to go to hell when we leave here, I ordered Brother Hagin’s single cd called THE REALITY OF HEAVEN AND HELL. This cd is filled with biblical messages about heaven and hell, although there is more information in the BIBLE about hell than there is about heaven.
Anyway, I’ve studied many books by Brother Hagin and heard many tapes and cds, and I think he’s a great teacher. He’s very down to earth and common sensical and very understandable. Just as we need to eat fresh fruits and veggies for our physical bodies, we need to feed our spirits with the words and wisdom of God from the BIBLE.

Let us all remember the sacrifices of the families who lost their loved ones in the service of our country – at the same time let’s pray for those who came back forever changed by some war because of the damage done to their bodies.
