My Dear Friday Follies Friends,

Thank you so much for your prayers and concern resulting from my 2 recent falls.  I’ve gotta’ say it hasn’t been fun, but I’m surviving.  I had finished making coffee and I thought I was headed back to bed and suddenly I fell twice on my right side which caused 3 fractures around my hip.  I must’ve hit my head going down based on the golf ball-size bump. 

              My phone rang as if someone had been watching me and said “I’m from ADT and we heard a loud crash in your kitchen.    Are you all right?”  I said “No.”  He said “I’ll be right there and I’ve already called the sheriff.”  They were there within 5 minutes it seemed.  My guardian angels were working hard to look after me:  the sweet guy from ADT – oh thank you – the sheriff and his crew that got me to the hospital. Oh my!  How thankful I am for the wonderful help.  I’m blessed to the bone and I’ve asked God to bless them all mightily.  You all may have saved my life, so I will never, never, never forget you for your kindness.  I love you with all my heart and soul.
